My Healthy Diet While In Canada
I am feeling good and super healthy this past week, because I managed to keep my diet very very consistent.My diet consists of:
1. Breakfast: McDonald's
2. Lunch: Taco Bell/KFC
3. Dinner: Wendy's or some decent pub/grill restaurants once in a while.
LOL.
I am just being sarcastic at the moment. But really, that was my diet for the first week I am up here in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Can't wait for my second week here.....
